Help LeadingAge Ohio advocate to Congress for the preservation of aging services by completing this quick survey regarding financial conditions of member nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and HCBS services. This information will provide a vital financial health snapshot  to inform advocacy efforts. Following a similar survey, LeadingAge MN projected as many as 11% of nursing homes and 20% of assisted livings face closure due tocurrent financial stress.
